With its several millennial traditions Peru is one of the wolds most interesting textile countries. The tour, in cooperation with the Scandinavian Weaving Magazine, takes you many interesting places; Lima - the capital, Canete - the cotton region, the Nazca Lines in the desert, Colca - the deepest canyon in the world, islands in the Titicaca lake, Cusco - the capital of the Inkas and a small Indian village high up in the the Andes Mountains. You will get acquainted to cultivation of cotton, lama breeding, handicraft cooperatives, weaving villages with unique possibilities to exchange knowledge about materials and techniques.

The tour will take place Mars 28 - April 16 in 2011. With actual exchange rates the price will be 16 900 SEK. If you want single room there will be an additional 3100 SEK.
