Step by step

1. Booking-You book your tour directly here on our webpage. We confirm your booking and you get a form for the registration fee sent to your home.
2. Flight-On most of our tours the international flight to and from the destination is not included, with the exception of some tours during high season. When you book your flight yourself you have a better possibility to influence flight times and the departure destination. Booking in good time, well before departure date can get you a better price. See flight information.
3. Book package-Together with the confirmation for you payment you will receive a selected book package. See special conditions.
   
4. Final invoice-approximately two months prior to your departure you will receive the final invoice and you find information on our webpage about the updated itinerary.
5. Bon Voyage!-three weeks before departure you receive hotel information, including information on how to get from the airport to the gathering hotel sent to your home.
